From an early age, Josh understood the power of visualization. Growing up, he’d stand in his yard, hitting rocks over the road—imagining each one as an at bat in the Los Angeles Dodgers lineup. Years later, that vision became reality when he took the field for the Dodgers. What started as imagination became something more—built on focus, repetition, and belief.

Every off-season, Josh trained with measurable goals—building strength, increasing velocity, and pushing his limits year after year. When progress became harder to measure, he created a new system. After each workout, he dropped a rock into a bucket—a simple way to track consistency over time. Day by day, the bucket filled—proof that discipline compounds, even when the results aren’t immediately visible.
